Some call this journey the Hawaiian Vacation without the plane ride! There is a definite HomeComing and renewal AVAILABLE within every session.
THE 5 LEVELS OF A SESSION
WELCOME AND ARRIVAL – the preparation of Sacred Space with Chant and Calls to open the portal = Mele kahea
LIGHT TOUCH – kahi loa, will begin the calming and circulating of fluids at the surface of the body. This wave like touch will follow the breath from head to toe, ENLIVENING THE CURRENT of connection for the receiver
MEDIUM TOUCH –applying oil will work the lymph system, the muscle groups, and begins to open the body’s permission for the deeper work.
DEEP WORK- In the joints and larger muscle groups. Forearms are used to penetrate more deeply those strong areas such as glutes, thighs, deep shoulder area, back, lowerback. Lomilomi speaks to the bones, sings to the blood, calms the nervous system.
CLOSING and COMPLETIONS- conscious integration and blessing for the receiver, with time allowed for deepening the journey and returning.

I have known Oceanna for 13 years as her massage recipient, student and teaching assistant.
In all honesty, being her student has been one of the greatest gifts of my life.
Over 13 years, our shared experience has deepened, with each year underlining the unmatched potency of her Lomi Lomi teachings. In her presence, I learned to breathe - to draw in the universe and exhale myself into existence. She unfolded before me the sacred map of my body, leading me to discover healing in the resonance with the universal harmony. Her laughter, a beckoning song, wove joy and lightness into our learning, dispelling shadows and reminding us of the love that beats at the heart of existence.
In her classes, Oceanna crafts an exquisite tapestry of unity, each thread representing a soul, each knot a connection. In this radiant, unified field, we bear witness to the miraculous dance of healing, each step a testament to our innate potential, each moment a celebration of our shared humanity.
Only if we are fortunate on this earthly journey do we cross paths with a teacher as deeply embodied and profoundly wise as Oceanna. Calling in Lomilomi breath creates a strong connecting current that links visioning and grounding.
A session's touch can be as gentle as rain and as strong as stone. Strokes are both flowing and deep.

BREATHE
Our breath holds the map and sustains the openings for body, mind and spirit.
In our training we will experience “Plenty Breathing!”
The breath holds the keys to change.
Lomilomi cleanses, lifts, heals, changes density to a lighter space in reality. Many modalities, now named; lymph drainage, trigger point, Esalen style, cranial sacral, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, and Intuitive touch are all alive in a Lomilomi session.
